On the 8th of May 2025, we marked VE Day in style with a special Lunch Club at The Beach Hotel in Minehead. Everyone had a wonderful time getting creative, making red, white, and blue decorations to set the scene for our celebrations.
The Beach Hotel added to the atmosphere by playing classic 1940s and 1950s music, which had us all singing along and reminiscing. After a lovely lunch, our handmade decorations were proudly displayed on the bar, bringing even more colour and cheer to the afternoon.
